LOCK RENAMES FRENCH SUBSIDIARY

With effect from October 1st 2010 Lock Qualimatic SARL will be named Lock Inspection Systèmes France S.A.R.L.

This change has been made to reinforce the important position that the business has within the international Lock Inspection Systems Group, and to maintain focus on the respected Lock brand in the market place. It is a further step in the reorganization of the business that started at the beginning of 2010 and is reflective of the group’s commitment to the development of its business interests in France.

The operation continues unchanged with General Manager Wim Nelemans directing the sales team of Michelle Garreau and Francis Pautonnier alongside the service team of Franc Billard and Dietmar Tarnowski with the continued aim of providing quality product and support to all our customers. The administrative base remains in Villebon with both Maylis Bederede and Sissy Ambule Bukani on hand to deal with customer inquiries, in support of the sales and service staff who are focussed on attending directly with customer needs throughout France.
